Visitor Analytics
The Visitor Analytics tab provides a complete view of all traffic to your store — both allowed and blocked visitors. Access it from Analytics in your dashboard.
Overview Stats
Four summary cards appear at the top:

| Total Visitors | Total visitor count with number of unique IPs |
| VPN Traffic | Percentage and count of visitors detected as using VPNs |
| Bot Traffic | Percentage and count of visitors detected as bots |
| Blocked Visitors | Percentage and count of visitors that were blocked |
Period Selector
Filter all analytics data by time range:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 60 days
Charts and Breakdowns
The analytics tab includes the following visualizations:
- Daily/Hourly Visitor Trend — Line chart showing traffic patterns over time.
- Block Type Distribution — Breakdown by block reason (country, VPN, bot, IP, city, ASN) with icons and percentages.
- Top Blocked Countries — Countries with the most blocked visitors, shown with flags.
- Top IP Visitors — Most active IP addresses with dual view: individual IPs and IP ranges, showing percentage of total traffic.
- Top Network Providers — Most common ISPs/providers with ASN and visitor count.
- Top Traffic Sources — Top 5 referrer domains driving traffic to your store.
- Top Blocked Cities — Top 5 cities with most blocked visitors.
- Device Types — Breakdown by Desktop, Mobile, and Tablet with progress bars.
- Browser Distribution — Top 5 browsers with percentages.
- OS Distribution — Top 5 operating systems.
- Risk Levels — Distribution of High, Medium, and Low risk visitors.
All Visitor Logs Table
A paginated table shows every visitor record (both blocked and allowed), 10 rows per page.
Table Columns

| Threats | Detected threat badges (VPN, TOR, Hosting, Scraper, Compromised). Shows “+N” if more than 2 |

The table is sorted by newest first. Pagination shows “Page X of Y (Z total)” with Previous/Next buttons.
Visitor Details Modal
Clicking Details on any visitor opens a modal with full information:
Risk Analysis
- Risk Score — Percentage (0-100%).
- Risk Level — Badge: Low (0-25), Medium (26-50), High (51-75), or Critical (76+).
- Contributing Factors — Detected threats with percentage weights:
- Compromised: 100%
- TOR Network: 75%
- Scraper/Bot: 75%
- VPN/Proxy: 50%
- Hosting Provider: 33%
- Recommended Action — Based on risk level and anonymity:
- “Allow Access” — Low risk, not anonymous.
- “Investigate” — Medium risk, or low risk but anonymous.
- “Deny Access” — High/critical risk.
- Quick Blocker Toggle — If the visitor has VPN or bot threats, a toggle is shown to quickly enable VPN or Bot blocking.
Network Information
- IP Address — With a Block IP button.
- IP Range — With a Block Range button.
- ASN — With a Block Provider button (Pro only).
- Provider name and network type.
Location
- Country (with flag), city, and coordinates (if available).
Device & Browser
- Device type, browser, and operating system.
Traffic Source
- Referrer domain the visitor came from.
Export
An Export button downloads all visitor logs as a CSV file. The filename format is visitor-logs-all-YYYY-MM-DD.csv.
Free Plan Limits
The Free plan tracks up to 300 visitors. A progress indicator shows your usage:
- Under 75%: Success indicator with remaining count.
- 75-90%: Info banner showing remaining visitors.
- 90-100%: Warning banner: “Approaching visitor tracking limit.”
- 100%: Critical banner: “Visitor tracking limit reached.”
Pro plans have unlimited visitor tracking.
Data Freshness
A dismissible notice may appear:
“Visitor statistics may not appear immediately. Allow a few minutes for the latest data to be reflected.”
Visitor data may have a short delay before appearing in analytics.
