Shopify Plus Compatibility
Yes, Kedra Shield fully supports Shopify Plus stores. Plus stores are billed at the Advanced pricing tier.
Billing
- Billing is handled through Shopify. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice.
- You can choose between monthly or annual billing when subscribing.
- Annual billing offers a discount compared to paying monthly.
- No charges are applied during the 3-day free trial.
Discount Codes
You can apply a discount code on the Plans page before subscribing.
How to Subscribe
- Go to the Plans page in the Kedra Shield dashboard.
- Choose Monthly or Annual billing.
- Optionally enter a discount code.
- Click Start 3-Day Free Trial.
- You will be redirected to Shopify to confirm the subscription.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time:
- From the app: Go to the Plans page and select the Free plan. A confirmation modal will appear — click Continue to confirm. This cancels your paid subscription and downgrades you to the Free plan.
- By uninstalling: Removing the app from your Shopify admin automatically cancels the subscription, removes all app code from your theme, and stops all charges.
Downgrading to the Free plan resets certain Pro features, including auto-block fraud IPs and fraud score threshold settings.
