Installation

Learn how to install Kedra Shield on your Shopify store.

Install from Shopify App Store

  1. Visit the Kedra Shield listing on the Shopify App Store.
  2. Click Add app.
  3. You will be redirected to your Shopify admin to authorize the app.
  4. Click Install app to confirm.

Once installed, Kedra Shield will open automatically and guide you through the initial setup wizard.

Requirements

  • An active Shopify store on any plan (Basic, Shopify, Grow, Advanced, or Plus).
  • Access to your Shopify admin dashboard.
  • Permission to manage apps and theme settings.

What Happens After Installation

After installing, the app will launch a 6-step setup wizard that walks you through:

  1. Content Protection - Choose which content protection features to enable.
  2. Location Blocking - Select countries to block or whitelist.
  3. VPN & Proxy Blocking - Configure VPN and proxy detection.
  4. Bot Protection - Enable bot blocking and choose a protection level.
  5. Activate App Embed - Add Kedra Shield to your theme (required for the app to work).
  6. Choose a Plan - Select Free or Pro, or start a 3-day free trial.

You can adjust all of these settings at any time after setup.
